We had a fun time at the Museum of Ice Cream in Miami! The different ice cream samples were a cool part of the experience, although the kids didn’t really like most of the flavors. They still had a great time exploring the colorful décor, taking pictures, and especially going down the slide at the end. It was a cute and unique experience for the family!

A fun family experience for all. Upon entry you are entertained by their welcome hostess that showed us a fun shake dance and advised us to come up with our ice cream name. The name was written on a tag and stuck on our clothing. A choice between two flavors of popsicles was offered at this point. There were loads of fun facts to learn about the history of ice cream through interactive games and activities. Mini golf, pound the ice cream, flight simulation room, slide and sprinkles pool were all colorful and captivating. The pull out handles contained a lot of fun facts too. At every stage of the museum there was a scoop of ice cream to taste. In one room, press the button and a scoop arrived around a small round revolving window. The sensory experience was enjoyable and encouraged patrons to slow down and savor the flavors of a beach themed dessert. My issue with this part of the tour was that the slips were in Spanish and possibly Japanese which I couldn’t understand (language barrier). At the end of the tour I had at least four scoops of ice cream. It had a modern whimsical wonka land charm about it.

What beautiful, friendly staff members to enhance your visit. Really enjoyed all the different flavors and knowledge about ice cream in different parts of the world. It wasn't just about sweet ice cream treats but it was the experience as a whole. Did NOT enjoy not being able to use the provided QR code on the screen while trying to download tickets. Tried another stand with the QR and that went through quickly but still had to go through a process of filling out information while waiting outside in the heat. Overall will definitely visit again with the family.

I went yesterday and omg I had an amazing experience at the Museum of Ice Cream! from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was fun, colorful, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Pineapple, who made my visit even more memorable. He was incredibly friendly, energetic, and welcoming, making sure I felt comfortable and had a great time. His positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. The exhibits were interactive, fun, and perfect for taking pictures. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend visiting. I highly recommend will definitely be back!

Had a great time here!! Definitely a bit tacky and touristy but the plane simulation was super fun along with all the different ice cream flavors. The sensory experience at the end was cool. Definitely a ton of kids. A lot of things in the fun arcade room were broken like the mini golf and some of the machines. Also I wish there were more trashcans. Overall we had a good time trying all the ice creams. It’s a one and done sort of experience but we are glad we did it. P.S. purchase tickets online in advance because prices tend to go up the day of
